We offer both standard and expedited shipping for all orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on individual package weight and your location. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our custom crafts, we generally cannot accept returns on custom orders. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a defect in the workmanship, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
How should I care for my handcrafted products?
For wooden products, wipe with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth; do not soak in water. For magnets and 3D prints, avoid exposure to extreme heat or direct prolonged sunlight, which can warp high-quality eco-plastics or fade photographs.
What materials are used in your artisanal crafts?
We use premium, high-quality materials including sustainably sourced wood for our carvings, biodegradable and durable PLA eco-plastic for our 3D prints, and archival-grade photographic paper for our artisanal fridge magnets.
