Shipping Policy

At Charity Farms, we take pride in our artisan process. Operating from Washington, IL, we specialize in made-to-order fridge magnets, 3D printed items, and laser engraving and cutting.

Processing Time: As most products are created specifically for you, please allow 3-5 business days for crafting before shipment. During peak seasons, processing times could be longer.

Shipping Options: We offer Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) and Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days) across the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email once your artisanal goods are on their way.

Charity Farms will not be held liable for your package after it has been scanned "Accepted" at the Post Office. If there are any issues after this point, you will need to contact the Post Office directly.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the highly customized and made-to-order nature of our products, Charity Farms does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Quality Assurance: Your satisfaction is paramount. If your items arrive damaged or there is an issue with the quality of your handcrafted item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will gladly arrange for a replacement to ensure you receive the quality craft you expected once we receive photo proof of damaged product.

Privacy Policy

Charity Farms respects your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to process your orders, provide customer support, and communicate updates regarding our handcrafted collections. We will never sell, lease, or distribute your personal data to third parties. All transactions are securely processed to ensure your information remains safe while you shop for unique local crafts.

Terms of Service

By purchasing from Charity Farms, you agree to our terms.

Artisan Nature: As our magnets, 3D prints, and wooden goods are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and size are to be expected. These are symbols of authentic craft.

Service Use: All prints and content on this site are property of Charity Farms. US shipping only.

I have approved, looked over, and clarified my order. I understand that I am able to reach out to

Charity Farms at charityfarms24@gmail.com. if I have any questions. Charity Farms must be notified of a defective/incorrect item(s) within 3 days of product delivery. After 3 days the customer must accept the product in the condition it was received. We are not responsible for the treatment of the product(s) you receive after it has been

delivered such as how you handle or use your product.

I understand that Charity Farms is not responsible for any errors made by the

postal service. However, if the tracking number/status is shown as incorrect, please contact us

IMMEDIATELY to resolve the issue, and make a claim with the postal office if need be.

I agree to have double checked my address/shipping destination. If a package is returned because

the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We

will contact the buyer for the correct address, and furthermore the buyer will be responsible to

re-pay shipping before we send the package again. No refunds for product if you chose to not re-ship.

I understand that Charity Farms is not responsible for any incorrect instructions

provided during the order process (i.e. misspellings) Reprinting for such errors will be done at the customer's expense.
